Earith Primary School is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3) to join our friendly and supportive team on a fixed term basis. We are looking for someone confident working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The ideal candidate will be proactive, nurturing, and committed to helping every child succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming village school with a dedicated staff community.
Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Earith Primary School
Contract: Fixed-term until 31/08/2026
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm (30 mins lunchtime paid cover)
Salary: ALT Grade D £18,645.53 - £19,088.42, ALT Grade E £19,240.46 - £20,018.27 Annually (Actual)

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher to prepare and maintain a safe and exciting learning environment.
- Photocopying, filing and preparing resources for lessons as directed by the class teacher.
- Ensure children are safeguarded by adhering to all policies and procedures
