About this Role
For
September 2026, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Principal
Behaviour Lead with a deep understanding of inclusion, safeguarding, and all
aspects of pastoral leadership. The successful candidate will embody our values
of we care, we challenge and we thrive by showing the utmost care and the
highest of expectations for all our students; they will challenge students to
take responsibility for their own behaviour and be the best version of
themselves, so that they can thrive, academically, socially, and emotionally.
You
will lead in ensuring that all systems and approaches work together to secure
outstanding outcomes and experiences for every learner.
The successful candidate will have experience
of leading pastoral systems in a secondary setting, with a proven track record
of improving culture, standards, and belonging. You will understand how to
build warm, positive relationships with children, staff and families.

The successful candidate will be required to come to DMAT Central Offices to complete mandatory training.
Training Details:
Location: Central Head Office (Wardhayes) 8 Simmons Way, Okehampton, EX20 1PY
Purpose: To provide comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful integration into the role.
Training Schedule: Daily sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided.
