Corvus Learning Trust is a collaboration of like minded schools with shared values and a common ethos and vision for education. Our vision is “together we flourish”. We work together whilst retaining each school’s own individuality.

As the only dedicated Infant school in the area, our school is designed from start to finish to give children the best start to their education. At Oaklands we believe in developing deep roots for future growth.  In our safe, inclusive environment the children are at the centre of everything we do.  They will be nurtured, valued and encouraged to be individuals who flourish through a creative curriculum. Following our core visions and values, 'The Oaklands Way,’ is list of Characters and expectations that every member of the school community can refer to – these are clear and accessible for everyone, and are taught continually, reinforced and modelled throughout the academic year.

We are seeking to appoint a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. Working closely with class teachers and colleagues to raise the learning and attainment of pupils, to help  promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem, and inclusion and provide support to pupils, individually or in groups so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
