About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working Office Manager to be part of our vibrant, multicultural and happy school. Your role and responsibilities will include leading the administration and premises team in day to day running of the School Office. Working as a key member of the team, you will be ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house services; human resources; day to day oversight of premises; and the administration needed to support the school’s core function of education.

We are looking for:

  • An administration qualification and/or appropriate experience (2+ years).
  • Previous experience of HR administration or a relevant qualification.
  • Experience in using Arbor or similar pupil management system is desirable.
  • The ability to manage workloads under pressure, prioritise and problem solve.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team.
  • The drive and ability to lead and manage the office and provide an excellent service to staff, students and visitors.
  • A commitment to the ethos of the school that is inclusive and inspirational.
