nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and
forward-thinking team.

About the Role:
As our EYFS TA, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality play, care
and learning activities that support the development of the whole child. You’ll
also:
- Support
children’s learning through engaging, play-based experiences
- Assist
with planning, observation and assessment in line with the EYFS framework
- Contribute
to creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment
- Provide
support for children with additional needs, including producing individual
development plans where required
- Foster
positive relationships with families, including undertaking home visits
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds
a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Teaching Assistant (or willing
to work towards)
- Has
experience working in an EYFS setting
- Demonstrates
excellent knowledge of child development and safeguarding
- Is
warm, professional, and committed to helping every child thrive
- Communicates
effectively with children, colleagues and parents
- Is
confident to take responsibility when needed and works well in a team
