Wray Common Primary School is looking to appoint a friendly, pro-active and self motivated Premises Manager to support our two-form school in the heart of Reigate, Surrey. This is a full-time role working 36-38 hours per week over 52.14 weeks per annum.
The Premises Manager will take the lead role for managing site maintenance and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management. They will maintain the site’s safety, cleanliness and security at all times and will ensure the school is compliant with all statutory legislation, standards and guidance.

The working hours will normally include two or three ‘active duties’ with contractual hours spread between 6am and 6pm depending on the needs to the school. Periods of ‘active duty’ will be agreed with the postholder in advance.
The annual salary is £30,647 to £32,867.
