The Role
As a leader with a teaching commitment, you will drive educational quality and curriculum accessibility. You will be a champion for inclusive pedagogy, ensuring classroom culture and teaching strategies "get the best" from every child.
Key Responsibilities
Exemplary Modelling: Maintain a teaching commitment while modelling high standards of adaptive practice to remove learning barriers during delivery.
Leading Inclusion: Lead the school’s approach to Quality First Teaching. Coach and mentor staff to engage "hard to reach" learners and those with SEND.
Partnership Harmony: Work with the Headteacher to ensure consistent, high-quality standards across the Easington and Patrington partnership.
Strategic Impact: Use pupil data to address underachievement and foster an environment where children become responsible, compassionate citizens.

Outstanding Practitioner: Confident in teaching children with diverse needs in a mainstream setting.
Practical Coach: Enjoys being in the classroom and supporting colleagues to improve their craft.
