We are looking for an exceptional experienced Site
Manager to join our team. Harrow Lodge is a happy, welcoming school with wonderful
children, supportive parents and a dedicated staff team, and we are seeking
someone who will become an integral part of our school community.
This role is about far more than unlocking gates and completing maintenance tasks. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, notices what needs doing before being asked and approaches challenges with initiative, common sense and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be someone who sees the school as their responsibility too; someone who understands that the smooth running, appearance and safety of the site play a vital role in the success of the school.
Please see attached Job Description

candidate will have:

when required.
• Strong
practical maintenance and DIY skills.
• A good
understanding of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
• The

seek support or advice.
• Experience
of using and maintaining a range of tools, equipment and machinery.
• Good
organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Physical
fitness and the ability to undertake the practical demands of the role.
• A flexible,
