Grade and Salary: Grade 4: £24,490 - £26,566 actual per annum (£28,598 - £31,022 FTE)
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only plus INSET days)

The
role:
Frederick Gent School are looking to
appoint a motivated Intervention Team Assistant. The successful candidate will
be working closing with students to ensure they are receiving a high quality,
personalised learning experience which contributes to their continuing
education.
The
person:
The post holder will need to be highly
organised and able to manage their own time effectively. The ideal candidate
will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate empathy,
listening and interpersonal skills when dealing with children, colleagues and
parents/carers.
