About this Role

We are delighted to advertise for an inspirational Teacher of Drama to cover maternity leave on a fixed term basis from 1st September 2026 until 31st August 2027. The successful candidate will bring the drive and determination required to develop both the academic curriculum and the enrichment offer for our students.  This role is suitable for ECTs.

The successful candidate will be a reflective practitioner with high expectations for themselves and students. They will be committed to continuous professional growth, and passionate about developing and enhancing their pedagogical strategies. They will understand the vital role they play in fostering a culture of high aspiration and share our belief that every student deserves an outstanding curriculum and the very best teaching.

We have a comprehensive induction programme for all new staff and a supportive programme for ECTs.
