  •          Creativity and Energy: You’re full of ideas and enthusiasm, ready to dive into play with the children.
  •          Patience and Positivity: With a warm, encouraging attitude, you make every child feel welcome and included.
  •          A Team Player: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, work alongside others, and bring your best energy every day.
  •          Passion for Education: You care deeply about the impact education has on young lives and are committed to nurturing that potential in every child.
  •          Strong Communication Skills: You can connect effectively with both children and adults, ensuring clear, positive interactions.
  •          Organised and Detail-Oriented: You keep things running smoothly, whether planning activities or managing day-to-day tasks.
  •          Independent and Collaborative: You can work confidently on your own or as part of a team, adapting as needed to get the job done.
