Location: Earlham Primary School, Earlham Grove, London E7 9AW
Contract type: Term time only. Initially a 6 months fixed term contract with a view to move to a permanent contract.
Hours: 27½ hours per week. Monday to Friday, 11:30am until 5:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor and Youth Engagement Coordinator to support the emotional, social, and physical development of primary school pupils. This role involves leading engaging activities during wraparound care, promoting inclusive play during break times, and acting as a mentor to help children build confidence, develop key life skills, and form positive relationships.
The ideal candidate will foster a safe and supportive environment where all pupils feel valued and empowered to thrive. With a strong focus on safeguarding and well-being, the successful candidate will work closely with pupils to encourage personal growth and resilience, while promoting a positive and inclusive ethos throughout the school community.
