About this Role

We are looking to appoint a caring SEN practitioner to take responsibility for coordinating interventions for SEN students.  The role will support students whose needs prevent them from consistently accessing mainstream lessons, ensuring the correct interventions are delivered.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Have a keen interest in promoting students’ wellbeing and resilience
  • Have an understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Have experience of delivering interventions
  • Have good communications skills, both oral and written
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Be able to manage their own workload effectively and have good prioritisation skills
  • Be wholly dedicated to safeguarding pupils.
