Are you driven by a sense of responsibility to create a safe, supportive and well-organised pastoral environment where students can thrive?

Do you have the ambition to keep systems, processes and records running seamlessly?

Do you communicate with professionalism and respect, even when handling sensitive enquiries?

If so, Queen Katharine Academy would love to hear from you!

Your role:

At the heart of our pastoral team, you will be the calm, organised presence that keeps vital systems running smoothly and ensures every student is supported. As the first point of contact for parents, carers and staff, you will handle enquiries with empathy, professionalism and respect, building trust in every interaction.

You will take ownership of attendance and behaviour records, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and acted upon, while supporting timely interventions that make a real difference to students’ lives. Alongside this, you will coordinate meetings, prepare key documentation and support the wider pastoral team to meet important deadlines and processes.

To succeed, you will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident in managing sensitive information with discretion. You will be a clear communicator, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with the ambition and responsibility to ensure every task is completed to the highest standard. Experience in a school or similar setting, particularly using systems such as MyConcern or BROMCOM, will support your success in this rewarding, student-centred role.

About us:

You will be part of a values-driven Academy where respect, ambition and responsibility are lived and breathed. We are proud of our supportive culture, where staff are valued, developed and trusted to make a difference.
