Are you ready to take
responsibility for improving attendance and outcomes across a whole school?
Do you lead with respect,
building strong relationships that break down barriers to attendance?
If so, Queen Katharine Academy
would love to hear from you!
Your
role:
As Attendance Manager, you will lead the academy’s
approach to attendance, ensuring every student has the best chance to succeed
by being in school. Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams, you
will analyse attendance data, identify patterns and act quickly to support
students and families.
You will manage and develop a small team, build strong
partnerships with parents and external agencies, and confidently challenge
barriers to attendance with a balanced approach of support and accountability.
From producing clear reports to celebrating improvements, your work will drive
a culture where attendance reflects our core values of respect, ambition and
responsibility.
You will bring strong organisational skills, attention
to detail and the ability to work at pace, alongside the confidence to
communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Your resilience, emotional
intelligence and ability to use data to inform decisions will ensure you make a
lasting difference to students’ lives.
