Your
role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in
supporting students with additional learning and physical needs, helping them
overcome barriers and fully access their education. Working closely with
teachers and the SENCo team, you will adapt learning activities, support
individuals and small groups, and encourage independence, confidence and
engagement in every lesson.
You will be someone who can build strong, supportive
relationships with students, motivating and guiding them with patience and
care. Your ability to explain tasks clearly, adapt resources and respond to
individual needs will help students make meaningful progress. You will also
contribute to maintaining a positive learning environment, supporting
behaviour, promoting inclusion and ensuring every student feels respected and
valued.
We are looking for someone with experience of working
with children, strong communication and organisational skills, and a clear
understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice. You will be a team player
who can work collaboratively with colleagues while also using your initiative
to respond to the needs of learners. Your commitment to equality, wellbeing and
