Queen Katharine Academy is seeking an exceptional SENCo to join our Extended Leadership Team in a strategic role where you will lead, inspire and shape outstanding SEND provision across the academy.

Your role: 

As SENCo, you will lead the strategic direction of SEND across the academy, ensuring every student with additional needs achieves and thrives. This leadership role gives you the space to focus on whole-school impact, shaping high-quality provision, driving early identification and embedding effective, evidence-informed practice.

You will combine strong strategic thinking with deep SEND expertise, developing staff, building trusted relationships with families and external agencies, and ensuring robust systems that deliver meaningful outcomes for young people. You will also play a key role within the Extended Leadership Team, influencing whole-school improvement and ensuring that SEND remains central to the academy’s vision and priorities.
