Do you believe every child deserves to feel safe, heard and supported?

Are you driven by respect, guided by responsibility and motivated by real ambition to make a difference?

Do you want to be part of a dedicated safeguarding team where your work genuinely changes lives?

If so, we would love to hear from you!

Your role:

As our Safeguarding Administrator, you will be at the heart of our commitment to creating a secure, nurturing environment where students feel protected and valued. You will work closely with our Safeguarding Manager and DSL team, supporting the coordination, accuracy and responsiveness of our safeguarding provision.

Your days will be purposeful and varied, monitoring safeguarding inboxes and MyConcern logs, gathering the voice of the child, managing online safety monitoring systems, liaising with external agencies, ensuring vital records are up to date, and providing calm, confident administrative support in situations where sensitivity and discretion are essential.

To thrive in this role, you will bring strong organisational skills, excellent written English, the ability to work with accuracy and confidentiality, and the resilience needed to support a fast-paced safeguarding environment. You will be confident using ICT, able to communicate effectively at all levels, and committed to carrying out tasks with care, clarity and consistency. Experience in a school or safeguarding setting is helpful, but what matters most is your dedication to protecting young people and your willingness to learn.
