You’ll gain valuable experience in a real working environment while developing confidence, organisation and communication skills.
This role includes a Level 3 School Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with LMP Group.
This programme is specifically designed for school environments, giving you the skills and knowledge needed to support the day-to-day running of a busy school office.
As part of the apprenticeship, you will:
Work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification
Learn how to support key school operations, including attendance, communication and administration systems
Develop essential skills in organisation, communication, customer service and IT
Gain an understanding of how different areas of a school work together, including office, leadership and wider teams
Receive structured training through a blended learning approach, alongside hands-on experience in school
The programme typically lasts around 16 months and includes regular support from a dedicated tutor, alongside your day-to-day role in school.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, build confidence in a professional environment, and take your first steps into a career in school administration — with clear progression opportunities into roles such as School Administrator, Office Manager or wider business support roles
