Featherby Partnerships School (part of the Maritime Academy Trust) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. As a Teaching Assistant at Featherby, you’ll play an important role in the classroom—helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. From supporting literacy and numeracy, to building pupils’ confidence and resilience, you’ll make a meaningful difference in their learning journey every single day.
Passionate about supporting children to succeed.
Confident in literacy and numeracy, able to support learning effectively.
Experienced in working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential).
A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
Reflective, professional, and keen to develop their own practice.
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
