*The salary quoted reflects the annual salary for the
position at the time of advertising. Payment will be made in equal monthly
instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment, and again if
employment ends partway through the school year, to ensure the correct salary
is paid for work completed during the academic year.
We are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic Learning
Support Mentor to support pupils with Special Educational Needs
(SEN) within our inclusive school community. The successful candidate will
work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students who require
additional help to access learning and develop confidence both academically and
socially.
This role may involve 1:1 support, small group work, and classroom assistance, helping to create a safe, structured and positive learning environment.

It will have contact with young people on a day-to-day basis.
