About the Role
As Caretaker, you will support the day-to-day
management, maintenance and security of the academy site, ensuring the premises
remain safe, operational and welcoming for all users.
You will work closely with the Site Manager and
wider academy team, carrying out a wide variety of practical duties including:
No two days are the same, and your contribution will directly support the education and wellbeing of our students and staff.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
✔ Has experience working in a
practical facilities, site or maintenance role
✔ Takes pride in maintaining high standards
✔ Has a good understanding of health & safety and site security
✔ Can work independently and as part of a busy team
✔ Is proactive, reliable and solution-focused
✔ Can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Is willing to contribute positively to academy life
Experience within a school or educational environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
