About this Role

We seek to appoint a Behaviour Manager to join the Team at Barlby High School to lead out behaviour and [pastoral support proviison, helping to create a calm, safe and purposeful learning enviornment where every student can thrive. 

Barlby High School  is a friendly, warm and caring community school with staff that are fully committed to supporting students and each other in bringing the school's vision to life. The school is on a transformational journey and we are looking for a colleague to join us on that journey.  This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, inspirational individual, and who is passionate about outstanding education and developing the whole child.

In this highly vislbe leadership role, you will manage out behabiour team, drie positive behaviour strategies and analyse key behaviour data. You will work closely with other colleagues, families and external agencies to support student success. Job Details

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only
