About this Role
We
are looking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant
to support groups of
children
and individuals 1:1, providing support for learning and wellbeing and ensuring
they are given
every
opportunity to succeed at school. The LSA post covers an hour in the mornings
and then the afternoons as well as 1 hour working as part of our SMSA lunchtime
team. The post is advertised on a fixed term
basis
until 31st August 2027 subject to a review of staffing.

successful candidate will:

disadvantaged and SEND
pupils.

Have good communication skills and be able to build strong and positive

supportive
team and take responsibility for own continuing professional development.
•
Enjoy the outdoors and be enthusiastic about supporting learning in our outdoor
areas.
•
Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum/3 GCSE’s including English and Maths.
NVQ
Teaching/Classroom
Assistant Level 2 or above.
