Purpose:
As our new Assistant Headteacher, you will lead high-quality teaching and learning across the school, using instructional coaching and expert classroom practice to improve outcomes for all pupils. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure strong, consistent standards in curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment, while upholding a culture of vigilance as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. You will share our commitment to the "Achievement for all" mission, modelling outstanding pedagogy and high expectations to help every child reach their full potential.
You will work closely with our friendly and dedicated staff team, bringing a reflective and solution-focused approach to our dynamic environment. Communicating with clarity and warmth, you will build trust with families, colleagues, and the wider Trust community to further our vision of developing well-rounded, future-ready learners. You will bring a deep belief that every individual is unique and that by working collaboratively, we can lay the foundations of success for all our pupils.
