About this Role

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting the learning of students to join our dedicated team at Beckfoot Phoenix. You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, promote inclusion, and help all students to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships, model our values of Enjoy-Learn-Succeed  and help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. We are looking for someone who: 

  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated to support young people of all abilities and backgrounds 
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Has high expectations of themselves and others

This is a Permanent,  part time role.

Working hours 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only plus days 5 days.
Monday and Friday 8.45am to 3.15pm, Tuesday 8.45am to 4.30pm, Wednesday 8.45am 4.15pm, Thursday 8.45am to 3.30pm.
