experienced Nursery Manager to join the School as soon as possible.

FTE Salary Range: NJC Grade D pt 8-14
Contract Type: Permanent , part time, term
time only (39 weeks per year)
Contract Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the
role
The successful
candidate be instrumental in running the nursery provision within the Early
Years setting in the school. The candidate will have full working knowledge of
providing a stimulating and educational experience for nursery aged children,
planning, preparing and resourcing the setting to ensure all pupils thrive. The
successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning with
an inclusive, belonging and caring approach. The candidate will have Level 3
childcare qualification and have working
knowledge of Birth to Three Matters framework.
About the successful candidate
The successful
candidate will have a working knowledge or experience of children of nursery
age (3 – 4 years old), be able to participate in curriculum planning and
evaluation and contribute to the daily, weekly and termly plans. The candidate
will demonstrate initiative, be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
Being a good team player is essential to the role as the nursery and Early
Years teams will work closely together. The successful candidate will have a
passion for teaching and learning and watching young children grow and thrive
at Stuart Road Nursery.

the Stoke area of the city. We link with our partner schools to develop strong
