Behaviour Support Worker

Nature of Contract	Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 5 days (39 weeks)
FTE Salary	GRADE B3, SCP 7 - 11, £26,403 to £28,142 per annum, pro rata
Actual Salary	£22,709 - £24,205, based on 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Working Hours	Full time, 37 per week

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who can:

Support students with behaviour in lessons and around the school.
Support with the lesson removal system (Session Manager/On call) and supervise withdrawn students.
Undertake the supervision of detentions.
Establish positive working relationships with vulnerable students and their families in order to support their needs in school.

You will be:

A highly motivated and hard-working individual
