About this Role

Bishop Young CofE Academy

Nature of Contract	Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 10 days
FTE Salary	GRADE SO2, SCP 26-28, £36,124 to £37,938 per annum
Actual Salary	£32,009 - £33,616, based on 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Working Hours	Full time, 37 per week

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who has:

Strategically lead the Complex Communication Needs ASC provision
Line manage the current and planned SEND interventions within the provision in conjunction with the named SENCO.
To assist the SENCO and Leadership Team with the management and organisation of a Resourced Provision to support the effective inclusion of vulnerable learners with a focus around Communication Needs and ASC
