Nature of Contract 

Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 10 days

FTE Salary 

GRADE SO2, SCP 26-28, £36,124 to £37,938 per annum

Actual Salary 

£32,009 - £33,616, based on 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Working Hours 

Full time, 37 per week 

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who has: 

  • Strategically lead the Complex Communication Needs ASC provision  
  • Line manage the current and planned SEND interventions within the provision in conjunction with the named SENCO.  
  • To assist the SENCO and Leadership Team with the management and organisation of a Resourced Provision to support the effective inclusion of vulnerable learners with a focus around Communication Needs and ASC
