About this Role

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspiring KS2 Teacher with Leadership Responsibilities to join our school. The successful candidate will deliver consistently high-quality lessons within Key Stage 2 while also contributing strategically to the development of teaching, learning and curriculum provision across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious practitioner ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

East Lane Primary School is a co-educational primary school in North Wembley, serving pupils aged 4–11. As part of the Wembley Multi Academy Trust, the school benefits from strong collaboration, shared expertise and a clear commitment to academic excellence across the Trust. We are proud of our high standards and our reputation for delivering a structured, disciplined and ambitious education for all pupils.

Our mission is clear: to provide a structured, disciplined and purposeful learning environment in which every pupil receives exceptional teaching and achieves their full potential. As a learning community with a strong work ethic, we place particular emphasis on excellence in English, Mathematics and the Sciences, ensuring that pupils develop secure foundations and a love of learning from an early age.

Within Key Stage 2, we are committed to academic rigour, strong subject knowledge and high expectations for all pupils. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving standards, supporting colleagues, contributing to curriculum development and ensuring consistently excellent classroom practice.

Supported by modern facilities, significant investment in resources, and a team of highly trained and dedicated staff, we foster a culture of mutual respect, ambition and continuous improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented teacher to make a meaningful impact while developing their leadership skills within a high-performing and aspirational school.
