Salary: Point 3 on the NJC Support Staff Scale (£24,759 FTE. Actual salary, £12,674 based on 22.5 hours)

What you'll be doing
What we're looking for
Strong technical skills across Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Quark, radio broadcasting and media production, with confidence demonstrating equipment and software to students.
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities, able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Clear communication and a collaborative approach, showing enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and suitability to work with young people, including willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
