Hours: 33 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:30 - 15:30, Thursday 08:30 - 16:00
Salary: £25,614 - £26,427

Receptionist Administrator who is not only organised and efficient but who is
also a welcoming face to the school.
About you
As a Receptionist
Administrator in a school office you will,

Be a confident in
using a wide range of IT systems – full training will be provided
·
Have strong
communication skills
·
Be a welcoming first
point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the
telephone
·
Have the ability to
manage your work load efficiently
·
Have excellent
record keeping skills, a key part to this role will be to monitor pupils
absences and report on this where necessary
