Job Overview

Thanet Primary School is looking to appoint a motivated individual to join our hardworking team.

Contract and Salary Details

Grade: 1, Scp 3, £2,112 per annum (actual salary)

Hours: 3.75 per week, term time only 190 days

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Set up the tables and chairs for the wraparound provision; set up the crockery, cutlery and the toaster and put away all items at the end.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food e.g. toast, cereal and juice.
  • Supervise the children, making toys and equipment available to create a safe, happy and secure environment.
  • Communicate with parents/carers about the provision, to ensure consistency and that they receive up to date information

Although this post is based at Thanet Primary School, as an employee of the Trust, you may be required to work at other schools within the MAT.

Please note, this role could be combined with other vacancies currently being advertised by the school (Play Co-ordinator and Achievement Support Assistant).  Applicants would need to submit a separate application form for each role applied for.
