Implementing clear boundaries and routines. You will use behaviour management in all areas around school.

The job requirements

The successful candidate will work closely with our EYFS Lead and teachers within the school, supporting some of our most vulnerable learners with the following,

·        Develop professional relationships with other foundation stage team members and provide support and direction where needed.

·        To regularly communicate with parents, carers and other external agencies where required.

·        To proactively keep up to date with all safeguarding, health and safety and child protection training.

·        To support the learning, care and development of children with additional needs ensuring they have access to a rich and varied curriculum.

·        To have an understanding of the needs of children of all abilities, including those with SEND and EAL.
