About this Role

Miers Court Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, to start from 23rd February 2026.

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated HLTA to support teaching and learning across the school. You’ll work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality support, lead learning activities, and help pupils achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.

This is a part-time, term-time only, permanent role, paid on the NJC PayScale grade C2 points 12-25 (FTE £28,598.00 - £36,363.00 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £21,145.60 - £26,887.11 per annum).

The working pattern will consist of 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
