After School Club Coordinator/Manager, Belleville Wix Academy
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To manage the day-to-day running of
Belleville Wix’s After School Club provision. This will involve developing an
excellent club curriculum with engaging and enriching activities, leading and
deploying a team of staff, engaging with parents/carers and making sure all
children and staff follow relevant policies and procedures to ensure their
safety and wellbeing.

Hours:
17.5 hours per week inclusive of administration time, Monday to Friday, 230pm to 6pm school term time only. Expected
to attend INSET days.
Location:
Belleville Wix Academy, Wix Lane, SW4 0AJ. May occasionally be required to visit other
Q1E school sites.

Belleville Wix Academy is currently looking for an excellent After School Club Manager to develop and deliver our after school club provision. This is an exciting opportunity both for the right candidate and for the school.
The postholder will manage the day-to-day running of Belleville Wix's after school club. This will involve developing an excellent club programme, with engaging and enriching activities. You will be leading and deploying a team of staff, engaging with parents and carers, and making sure all children and staff follow relevant procedures to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
We seek an enthusiastic, positive, organised person with great communication skills, who works well with children, staff and parents, and can remain calm when there is lots going on! We'd love to find someone who has lots of ideas and is excited about this opportunity to create a really great new club 'curriculum' of activities to engage our children in playing and learning.
