Reading Girls’ School is seeking a highly
organised, proactive and student‑focused Sixth Form & SEND Administrator
to join our dedicated team. This is a key role supporting both our expanding
Sixth Form and our SEND department, ensuring students receive exceptional
academic, pastoral and administrative support.
This dual‑focused position provides vital
administrative, organisational and pastoral support across two areas of the
school:
Sixth Form
You will work closely with the Head of Sixth
Form to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Sixth Form, supporting
students’ independent learning, wellbeing and progression into further
education, apprenticeships or employment.
SEND
You will provide high‑quality administrative
support to the Assistant Principal/SENCo, helping maintain accurate records,
coordinate statutory processes and ensure the needs of SEND students are met
effectively.
