We are seeking a
reliable and enthusiastic After School Club Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day
running of our after‑school provision. This is a key role within the school,
combining hands‑on leadership with organisational responsibility.
The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting play workers,
ensuring high‑quality, safe and engaging provision for pupils. They will also
oversee the administrative aspects of the club, including registers,
communication with parents, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
The After School Club
Leader will work closely with school staff to ensure the provision aligns with
the school’s values and safeguarding expectations, and will play an important
role in creating a welcoming, well‑organised and nurturing environment for
children at the end of the school day.
This is a term time only post, with 17 hours of work per week in total. This is made up of 15 hours working 3pm – 6pm, Monday to Friday, with 2 hours of admin time.
The salary is on Grade 7 / £15.06 to £16.08 per hour (actual annual salary £11,320 to £12,082).
We are a small village school of around 160 children serving a community of families that are aspirant and care about education.
