We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (KS2) with the requirement to cover lunchtime supervision duties. This role is to cover for a Teaching Assistant who has moved to a 1:1 role and is tied to the funding received for that child.
Working 32.5 hours per week 8.30am - 3.30pm with a 1/2 hour lunch
break
Fixed term contract tied to the funding received for the children, Term
time only plus 5 school training days per year. (39 weeks per year)
Grade 5 SCP 5 - 6- £25,583 - £25,989 FTE
Actual £19,329 - £19,635 pa
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, calm, well organised teaching assistant to be part of our committed and hardworking team. The role will be based in KS2 and is cover for a member of staff temporarily covering a 1:1 role. Ideally you will need to have
recent experience of working with children in a primary school
environment. You will be knowledgeable and confident at supporting children's
learning so that a team approach ensures good and better progress for our
learners.
