About this Role

Admin Manager

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Term time plus 1 week  (40 weeks per year)

About the role:

As Admin Manager, you will lead the administration and reception teams, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, professional and welcoming service for our students, families, staff and visitors. You will oversee key administrative processes, manage and develop staff, coordinate first aid provision and support academy-wide priorities as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. Your leadership, organisation and attention to detail will help create a positive and supportive environment where both staff and students can thrive.

About us:

As one of London’s leading secondary schools, The Totteridge Academy has earned national recognition for its high expectations and exceptional achievement. Situated in Barnet, North London, it is a highly popular, co-educational, non-selective 11–18 academy with over 1,000 students, reflecting the school’s continued growth and strong demand for places. The Totteridge Academy has an unusually warm, inclusive and aspirational culture: an ethos of continuous improvement that has created a vibrant, purposeful community where students feel supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their best.

 About United Learning:

United Learning is a big group of schools – with over 75,000 pupils and more than 10,000 staff. We seek to improve the life chances of all the children and young people we serve and make it our mission to bring out 'the best in everyone' – pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.
