About this Role

Student Services Administrator

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Term time plus INSET days (39 weeks per year)

About the role:

We are seeking a caring, organised and proactive Student Services Administrator to join our dedicated support staff team.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the academy, combining student welfare and administrative responsibilities to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Acting as a key point of contact for students, parents and staff, you will play an important role in supporting student wellbeing, coordinating first aid provision and delivering high-quality administrative support across the academy.

About us:

As one of London’s leading secondary schools, The Totteridge Academy has earned national recognition for its high expectations and exceptional achievement. Situated in Barnet, North London, it is a highly popular, co-educational, non-selective 11–18 academy with over 1,000 students, reflecting the school’s continued growth and strong demand for places. The Totteridge Academy has an unusually warm, inclusive and aspirational culture: an ethos of continuous improvement that has created a vibrant, purposeful community where students feel supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their best.

 About United Learning:

United Learning is a big group of schools – with over 75,000 pupils and more than 10,000 staff. We seek to improve the life chances of all the children and young people we serve and make it our mission to bring out 'the best in everyone' – pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.
