Our staff team is dedicated, collaborative, and focused on ensuring every pupil receives a high-quality education, with a strong emphasis on developing confident, resilient learners.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our team from September 2026. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, planning engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, and creating a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to succeed. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply and will be fully supported to develop and succeed within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and raise attainment
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support individual needs, including those with SEND and additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practice, and improve outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with parents/carers to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and school events

What We Are Looking For:

  • A passionate and motivated teacher with high expectations for all pupils
  • Strong classroom practice and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • A reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development
  • Someone who is organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and supporting the wellbeing of all pupils

All appointments are subject to satisfactory background checks, including references and an enhanced DBS check. We value diversity and welcome applications from underrepresented groups. As a Disability Confident employer, we provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to ensure all candidates can fully demonstrate their abilities.
