The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role includes key responsibilities for monitoring attendance and supporting the smooth running of the school office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately monitor and record pupil attendance using school systems.
  • Contact parents/carers to follow up on absences and update records promptly.
  • Provide general administrative support to the school office team.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Support safeguarding and pupil welfare through accurate attendance reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Previous experience in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
