Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess high-quality teaching and learning within KS2
• Create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high achievement
• Support pupils’ academic progress, personal development and wellbeing
• Use assessment effectively to inform planning and raise attainment
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos
• Ensure safeguarding procedures and best practice are followed at all times
