About this Role

Hatfield Academy has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational HLTA to join their highly skilled and enthusiastic team. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children across a wide range of abilities to ensure good progress in all areas, and of working with those with social interaction and communication difficulties.   


Our ideal candidate will:

  • Establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations 
  • Support children consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs 
  • Liaise with teachers to deliver activities to support pupils’ learning, and provide the teachers with feedback on impact 
  • Want to make a real difference
  • Model and promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour
  • Utilise strategies to support pupils in achieving learning goals.
