We are active partners in numerous London-wide and local initiatives including:
· DfE RISE Network- We are proud to be part of the RISE Network (Regional Improvement for Standards and Excellence). Through this programme, we actively collaborate with other schools to strengthen inclusive teaching and leadership. Our school will showcase our EYFS ‘Best Start in Life’ provision, demonstrating how to create an inspiring environment that promotes independence, language development, and meaningful learning. We have also been chosen as a RISE exemplar for inclusive practice, ensuring consistency of SEND provision across the primary school and sharing evidence-informed approaches with partner schools.
· London Innovation and Improvement Alliance (LIIA) – placing the voices and experiences of children and families at the heart of our practice, sharing evidence-informed strategies, and improving outcomes for children with SEND.
· HLP (Hillingdon Learning Partnership) – hosting several Professional Network Meetings and supporting collaborative professional learning across schools.
· Primary Forum – as current Chair, collaborating with other schools across the borough to share best practice and drive innovation.
· The Felix Project – supporting families by providing access to nutritious food and tackling food insecurity.
· Civic Leadership – engaging with the local community through initiatives such as Safer Neighbourhood meetings and the Harlington Residents’ Association.
We are seeking an inspirational Assistant Headteacher (Teaching and Learning) to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, values-driven leader to:
· Lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
· Support the Headteacher in shaping and delivering the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic priorities.
· Promote a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
· Take responsibility for key areas of leadership, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and evaluation to maximise pupil progress.
· Lead professional development, training, and coaching to strengthen staff expertise.
· Foster positive partnerships with families, the community, and other schools to share best practice and enhance learning opportunities.
We are looking for a candidate who:
· Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
· Has proven leadership experience within a primary school setting, with a track record of raising standards and improving outcomes.
· Demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusive education and evidence-informed practice.
· Has excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate staff, pupils, and the wider school community.
· Will effectively drive strategic initiatives, curriculum development, and staff professional growth
· Is enthused by the opportunity to shape practice with, and learn from, colleagues across the school and our trust.
