We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our caring and committed school team. This is an important role supporting the safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour of our pupils during the lunchtime period.
About the Role
As a Midday Supervisory Assistant, you will be responsible for
supervising pupils during the midday break, both in the dining hall and, at
times, outdoors. You will help ensure that lunchtime is a safe, calm and happy
experience for all children, promoting positive behaviour in line with the
school’s policies and Christian ethos.
The role also includes supporting pupils during meals, assisting
with basic cleaning and clearing duties in dining areas, and responding
appropriately to minor accidents or incidents.

No formal qualifications or previous experience are required, as training can be provided. Experience of working with children or in a school setting would be an advantage
