Delivers consistently excellent teaching and a commitment to supporting others develop high quality teaching and learning opportunities for pupils of all abilities
Is enthusiastic and motivated
Is a team player and can work collaboratively with others
Has high expectations and aspirations for all pupils
Demonstrates initiative and creative thinking
Is committed to raising standards within the classroom and across the curriculum
Has excellent behaviour management skills
Has a secure knowledge and understanding of the Curriculum and its expectations
Has a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding being everyone’s responsibility
Has experience of teaching high quality phonics and early maths lessons
Has boundless enthusiasm, caring nature and a sense of humour!
