About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference across our wonderful school. You will support teaching and learning for both KS1 and KS2, helping all children to thrive in our inclusive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Supporting individuals, small groups, and whole-class learning across year groups

·        Delivering targeted interventions to support progress in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social development

·        Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND

·        Working collaboratively with class teachers, the SENDCo, and other professionals

·        Promoting a positive, nurturing, and well-structured learning environment

·        Contributing to assessment and pupil progress

·        Communicating effectively with families where appropriate

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

·        Has experience working with children across the primary age range

·        Is confident supporting a variety of learning needs, including SEND

·        Can lead small group work and interventions effectively

·        Is adaptable, proactive, and able to work across different classes and key stages

·        Works well both independently and as part of a team

·        Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

·        Has good literacy and numeracy skills

·      We are seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals who are committed to supporting children’s development across all ages. Staff are expected to demonstrate flexibility and may be required to work across both Key Stages to ensure continuity in our high standard of education and care.
