We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher who:
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and the ability to create an inspiring classroom environment.
Has high expectations for pupil behaviour, progress, and achievements.
Can deliver an appropriate, challenging curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
Is skilled in using assessment for learning strategies and can provide support to colleagues across the school.
Shows leadership abilities, including the management of year group initiatives and contributing to the development of colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
Has a clear understanding of the needs of diverse learners
Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
